Gratitude

In an effort to decrease stress and improve other areas, I am going to try naming three things I am thankful for each day.

Will you join me?

1 – The dog using my foot as a pillow. I am her human and feel so loved by her

B – The vitamin D I got this afternoon from the warm sunshine after a few bitter cold, cloudy days.

iii – The time to relax and play Diablo for an hour tonight, not thinking about the rest of life.
